A New Day Arises

Today is a new day.

The day started off slow and I was getting hit by constant negativity and circumstances. As is what happens to most people day in and day out. I felt much of the same thing enveloping me and with limited way out. But then I realized all the training I received in the past and took one simple step... that step was ACTION. People can know all they want and constantly learn... I can relate, cause this person is myself. Without action, nothing will materialize. So I kept doing one simple step over and over again with an adverse affect every once in a while. But once you realize this small action is what needs to be done in that moment towards what you planned for... great things happen. "Take the first step in faith. You don't have to see the whole staircase. Just take the first step" [Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. 1929-1968]. Knowledge is learning and knowing, but WISDOM is doing what you know. So after those small steps, something happened. My mindset changed, my outlook got better, I was more focused.... and also my business assets started growing. I was elated by the outcome I was receiving I picked up the phone and called my friend. After our conversation, I was filled with energy and ready to do more great things. Great things will arise! What is your BluePrint for Success?

Lesson: Take small steps everyday towards your end-result.

Hope you have a great day!

Living Powerfully

Your thoughts dictate your destiny

Standards:
- Propel you forward
- Make you reach higher
- Stretches your limits

Identify Your Standards
(Belief System) - You accepted it.

Because you own your beliefs, you can change them.

We are always looking for what's missing, Instead of focusing on what's in front of us.

Acknowledge the victories you have everyday (Success Log)

Change Your Language
change IF's to HOW's
change 'should' to 'MUST'
change 'have to' to 'CHOOSE TO'
Eliminate "TRY"

Lack of responsibility = Lack of Control

It's kind of like letting the flow of the stream dictate where you go, instead of swimming in the stream yourself.
(Only dead fish float down the stream)

We are not controlled by circumstances. Instead, circumstances are controlled by us.

1) Become Accountable for your Life
2) Become Proactive
[Accountability + Proactivity = Responsibility]

How do you take responsibility for situations that are out of your control?
Change the meaning of the event

Events are not inherently negative or positive. Only you can give meaning to your circumstances.
[Vicktor E. Frankl]

Try to find the greater meaning in uncontrollable circumstances

You have control over YOURSELF

If you need guidance, then find yourself a life coach or a mentor. They'll help you realize your true goals and hold you accountable to things you want in life!

Winners in Life

HOW DO WE LOSE THE GAME OF LIFE

1) Don't know the purpose of the game
- "To retire is to die.."

2) We have Rules for everything
- Compassion.. 'fewer rules for other people in life'

3) Rules are in conflict...

4) It still rains on your parade...
- it kinda messes your brain a bit
ASK:
'how can I use this'
'what else could this mean'
'If I can't use this today how will I use this someday'
'how can I turn this into opportunity'
'how can I make myself more'
'how can I use this pain to shape my soul'

5) Sometimes you break the rules... and you win
- It takes you away from your higher purpose
- You give up that sense of dignity that your doing the right thing

6) In order to win this game.. you gotta work with 5.5 billion people who all have the wrong rules
- gotta learn from one another

7) They think its a life and death game
- too much pressure put on you, and you truly will not live life.. you live in fear

------------------------------------------------------------

PEOPLE THAT SUCCEED

1) Purpose of the game is for at least right now..
- to love and be loved
- to grow/expand
(they come up with a purpose)

If you don't know what you value most in life.. you can't make an easy decision
- all decision is value clarification

Choosing... where you spend your time/energy on... having a purpose will help you decide how to do that

2) They have fewer rules
e.g. when you find yourself reacting to something someone else has done..
Ask yourself 'how significant is this really?'
'Is this so bad' or... 'is it okay for this person to have a different opinion/view/feeling than me in this area?'

What would you have to believe in order to be upset.... everyone has to live by YOUR rules??
Let go and have a lot less pain

3) Rules consistent
- found the conflict

4) Give themselves pleasure whenever they win and even when the world doesn't
- acknowledge yourself don't wait to be acknowledged
- Say "Great job" to yourself

5) Give themselves short bursts of pain when not on track

6) Know everyone in life have different rules

7) Learn life has a purpose.. and don't take life too seriously.. don't take themselves too seriously
- why do angels fly? ...cause they take themselves lightly..
